Flower Tea

Floral teas and dried flowers: chrysanthemum, rose buds, jasmine, honeysuckle, osmanthus, and more — all dried whole.

A spoonful in hot (not boiling) water, steep a few minutes; most re-steep well. Newcomer trio: chrysanthemum + goji + red dates. Resealable bags protect the aroma.
